These are the terms that govern your use of p111 — your account, your bets, your deposits and withdrawals, and your participation in bonuses and the VIP Club. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

p111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard financial compliance practices. You will be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds from your p111 account for the first time, and may be asked to re-verify if your account details change or if our compliance team flags a review.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing using a third party's payment account is not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation.
p111 does not extend credit to players. You may only play with funds that have been successfully deposited and cleared in your p111 account balance.
Withdrawal requests on p111 are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment account registered in your name — the same name as your verified p111 account.
Before submitting a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. A minimum wagering turnover of 1× your deposit amount is required before any withdrawal is processed — this prevents payment method abuse and applies to real-money deposits only. VIP cashback credits are withdrawable immediately with no turnover requirement.
p111 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request if: the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds typical account activity; the account has been flagged for a compliance review; the payment provider is experiencing a technical delay. In all such cases, p111 support will notify you within 30 minutes of the hold being placed, explaining the reason and expected resolution timeline.
p111 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, free bets, reload offers, accumulator boosts and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific conditions stated in the promotion itself.
The p111 welcome bonus matches your first qualifying deposit up to Rs 10,000 at a 100% rate. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of Rs 500. The bonus carries a 10× wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.80 on sports markets, or at any stake on casino and card game tables. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited.
p111 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using a bonus in a way designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of game outcome; placing opposing bets within p111 or across platforms to eliminate risk while satisfying a wagering requirement. Any player found to have abused bonuses will have the bonus and any winnings derived from it forfeited, and their account may be closed.
VIP Cashback Exception: VIP Club cashback credited on the 1st of each month carries zero wagering requirements and is not subject to these general bonus rules. It is credited directly to withdrawable balance. See Section 7 for full VIP Club terms.
The p111 VIP Club operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation is automatic for all registered players holding a real-money account. VIP points are earned at a rate of 1 point per Rs 100 wagered in real money across all p111 games and sports markets. Bonus fund wagers earn points at 25% of the standard rate.
Tier eligibility is based on rolling 30-day points totals: Silver 0–9,999; Gold 10,000–49,999; Platinum 50,000–1,99,999; Diamond 2,00,000 and above. Tier upgrades apply immediately when a threshold is crossed. Tier reviews for potential downgrades occur on the 1st of each month, with a one-month grace period before any downgrade is applied.
VIP cashback is calculated on net losses across all gaming activity for the preceding calendar month. Cashback rates: Silver 3%, Gold 7%, Platinum 11%, Diamond 15%. Cashback is credited to withdrawable balance on the 1st of each month with no wagering requirements. Cashback is not generated in months where a player has a net winning result.
VIP points do not expire while your p111 account remains active and in good standing. Points are recalculated on a rolling 30-day basis for tier assessment purposes. If your account is inactive (no real-money wager) for 90 consecutive days, accumulated VIP points are reset to zero. Reactivating your account by placing a real-money bet restarts your points accumulation from the next eligible wager.
All sports bets on p111 are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified except through the Cash Out feature where available. The following rules apply across all p111 sports betting markets.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, FIFA for football, the PKL for kabaddi). p111 will use the official result even where it is announced after the expected settlement time due to a delayed official announcement.
A bet is voided and the stake returned if: a match is abandoned before the minimum play required for settlement (see sport-specific rules); an event is cancelled before it begins; p111 has published an incorrect price due to a manifest error (see Section 8.4). Voided bets in an accumulator are treated as a non-runner — the accumulator stands with the remaining selections.
Live in-play bets on p111 are accepted subject to market availability at the time of bet placement. Odds are paused briefly around key events (wickets in cricket, goals in football) for integrity purposes. If a bet is accepted and then found to have been placed after the outcome of the event it covers was already determined, p111 reserves the right to void the bet at its sole discretion.
A manifest error is an obvious and significant pricing mistake — for example, offering 10.00 for a selection that should clearly be priced at 1.10. p111 reserves the right to void bets placed on manifest errors at any time, including after settlement, and to correct the error pricing. Players will be notified immediately where a manifest error affects a settled bet.
Maximum winnings per single bet event on p111: cricket match markets Rs 50,00,000; football Rs 30,00,000; all other sports Rs 20,00,000. Accumulator maximum payout across all sports: Rs 1,00,00,000 (Rs 1 crore). These limits apply regardless of stake size or VIP tier.
All casino and card games on p111 — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker and live dealer titles — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software and, for live dealer games, physical dealing by trained human dealers operating under video surveillance. The RNG systems used on p111 are tested and certified by independent third-party laboratories.
Teen Patti and Andar Bahar on p111 operate under standard subcontinent rules with specific variant rules displayed within each game's help section. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-hand, the hand is either voided and the stake returned, or — where enough cards have been dealt to determine an outcome — settled on the result to that point according to game rules. The specific treatment for each disconnection scenario is detailed in the in-game help section.
Poker on p111 operates under standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. Rake is collected at the rates displayed in the poker lobby for each table tier. Collusion between players at a p111 poker table — including but not limited to sharing hole card information, coordinating folding to benefit one player, or using software to gain an unfair advantage — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Self-Exclusion is immediate and binding. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted through your p111 account, it takes effect within minutes. You may close your p111 account at any time by contacting support at support@p111.click. Before closing, your account must have a zero balance or you must request withdrawal of any remaining funds. p111 will process your closure request within 24 hours of receiving confirmation that your balance is clear.
p111 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if: the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; duplicate accounts are detected; the account is used by a person under 18; p111 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, p111 will notify the account holder within 24 hours of the suspension being applied, explaining the reason and next steps.
A p111 account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). A dormant account fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied after this period to cover account maintenance costs. This fee will not reduce your balance below zero. You will be notified by email or SMS 30 days before dormancy fees begin. Re-activating your account by logging in stops any further dormancy fees from being applied.
All content on p111 — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, page designs, text content, data feeds and the p111 brand name — is the intellectual property of p111 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any p111 content without express written permission.
